Mrs. Kathryn C. Jackson, age 83, of Hart died Saturday July 5, 2008. She was born in Shelby on October 27, 1924 to Kenneth and Bernice (Cutler) Taylor. Mrs. Jackson was employed by the Regal China Company in Antioch, IL until her retirement. She was a member of the Hart Congregational Church and the Women's Fellowship of the Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Friends of the Hart Library. Mr. Jackson had served her country in US Navy during WW II and Korea. She is survived by her sons, Brian (Marianne) Jackson of Sun City, CA and Charles Jackson of Libertyville, IL; 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Marian (Bill) Leemhuis of Hart, Carol (Paul) Comisarow of Warrenton, VA and Judy (Jerry) Kasza of Milwaukee, WI; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Kenneth Jackson. The Funeral Service for Mrs. Jackson will be held Thursday July 10, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. from the Hart Congregational Church with Pastor Lorraine Boucon officiating. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7-9 P.M. at the Tate-King Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be given to the Hart Congregational Church or the Hart Library.
