PMKelly Lynn Gamble Robert, age 64, passed away on February 5, 2026. She was born on January 5, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan, to Robert (Bud) and Sandra Gamble, and was raised in Clarkston, Michigan, where she attended Clarkston Community Schools. She later made her home in Lake Ann, Michigan.

Following high school, Kelly proudly served her country in the United States Navy for four years. She was previously married to William Robert, with whom she had one daughter, Kristen Lynn Robert.

Kelly found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved going to the beach, spending time near the water, and watching sunsets on Lake Michigan. She was known for her photography and for the deep bond she shared with her beloved pet, River.

Kelly is survived by her parents, Robert and Sandy Gamble; her daughter, Kristen Robert and Josh; her brother, Marty Gamble and Michele; her sister, Jill Barr and Mike; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Scott Gamble, who is survived by his wife, Linda.

In keeping with her generous spirit, Kelly was an organ donor, offering the gift of life to others — a final act of compassion that reflects the kindness she carried throughout her life.

Kelly will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her and will be remembered for her service, her gentle heart, and the simple moments that brought her joy

A Celebration of Life gathering will be 12:30 Sunday, February 22, 2026 at VFW Cherryland Post 2780, 3400 Veteran’s Drive, Traverse City, Michigan.

Beacon Cremation and Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
