Kenneth "Kenny" Donald Munford Sr., 71, passed away peacefully at the Compassion Home in Fremont, February 11, 2024. Kenneth was born January 4, 1953, in Fremont, to George and Elizabeth (Gleason) Munford.

Kenny attended Reeths-Puffer High School. He married his wife, Mary Ann (Slowik) on January 31, 1986.  He worked doing concrete and landscaping through the years and was also the owner of Maple Island Tavern for a period. In his early years, Kenny played guitar and sang with a band called "Home Grown." Kenny enjoyed riding his Harleys and went on many rides with friends and family. He also enjoyed baking, especially with his grandchildren.

Kenny is survived by: his wife of 38 years, Mary Ann; his son, Kenneth (Mary) Munford Jr; daughters, Megan (Dan) Kraley and Najah Munford; brothers, Wayne (Connie) Munford, Larry (Betty) Munford, David Munford, and Ron (Jodi) Munford; sisters, Deborah (Rex) Carr and Paula Munford; grandchildren, Lukas, Cash, Boyd, Aubrey, and Kaimen; and many nephews and nieces.

Kenny was preceded in death by: his parents, George and Elizabeth (Gleason) Munford; sister, Mary Lou; brothers, Dale, Bruce, and Gary.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Holton American Legion, 9150 Holton Road, Holton, MI 49425.
