Kenny R. "McKenzie" Mills, of Muskegon, was born March 12, 2002, and unexpectedly passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021, at the age of 19.

Kenny was a 2020 Whitehall High School graduate, and was attending Muskegon Community College. Kenny was about to transfer to Grand Valley State University to obtain his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He had the biggest heart and wanted to make this world a better place for all. Kenny enjoyed fishing, playing and writing music, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his friends and family.

Kenny is survived by: his mother, Jan Selnes of Whitehall; father, Tracy Mills of Twin Lake; maternal grandmother, Hildagard Heykoop of Whitehall; sisters, Nicole Selnes of Nashville, and Jennifer Selnes of Montague; niece, Jamyla Brown of Montague; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Kenny was preceded in death by: his paternal grandmother, Sharon Leonard; and his maternal grandfather, Gorden Heykoop.

There will be a Celebration of Life from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Friday, November 19, 2021, at the Montague VFW, 9370 Walsh Road, Montague, MI 49437.
