Laura Lynn Huffman, 77, of Hesperia, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025. She was born April 3, 1948, in Cold Springs Township, Michigan, the daughter of Cecil and Catherine (Dingus) Bailey.

Laura graduated from Northwestern Michigan College as a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN. She enjoyed playing the 120 bass accordion for her family and friends, as well as sewing.

Laura married Daniel Paul Huffman on February 5, 1972, and he survives her, along with their daughter, Catherine Lynn Blevins; grandchildren, Gabrielle Huffman Montgomery, Adriana Huffman, and Olivia Huffman; and great-grandchildren, Sydney Montgomery and Ayden Wheeler.

Laura was preceded in death by: her parents, Cecil and Catherine Bailey; son, Daniel Paul Huffman II; and siblings, Warren Bailey, Loretta Burgett, Lydia Bailey Hersherger, Eugene Bailey, and Gordon Bailey.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Hesperia Chapel, 61 Hawley Street, Hesperia, MI 49421. Interment will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 18, 2025, in Cold Springs Township Cemetery, in Kalkaska.
