Mrs. Lillian G. Wiedman, age 86, died Sunday, December 2, 2007. She was born on December 8, 1920 in Troy Township, Newaygo County, Michigan. Lillian was united in marriage to Herbert Wiedman on May 18, 1940 in Volney, MI. She was a high school graduate and a homemaker. She also worked with her husband on the farm and in the pulp wood business. Lillian had attended the Walkerville United Methodist Church. She is survived by her three children, Nancy (Tony Blake) Wiedman of Palm Springs, CA, Robert (Bonnie) Wiedman of Sebring, FL and Linda (Douglas) Van Gills of Pentwater; six grandchildren, Kimberly Wiedman, Kevin Wiedman, Valarie Wiedman, Jonathon Wiedman, Zachary VanGills and Drew VanGills; four great grandchildren; two sisters Clara Belle (Bernard) Hoston of Muskegon and Dorothy (Leo) Alvesteffer of Wyoming, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Wiedman in April 1992, two brothers, Guy Wayman and Delmont Wayman, one sister, Lucille Frees. The Memorial Service for Lillian will be held Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tate-King Funeral Home with Pastor Ben B. Lester officiating. Interment in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Crystal Valley Care Fund or to the Pentwater Schools Scholarship Fund at the Oceana County Community Foundation.
