Obituary
Loretta Purcell, 61, of Mears, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022. She was born March 15, 1961, in Dearborn, the daughter of Joseph and Gladys Purcell.
Loretta was known for her quick wit, sharp tongue, and larger than life sense of humor. She was the life of any party and lit up every room she entered. Loretta had many passions, including softball, history, and ocean life, specifically dolphins.
Loretta is survived by her siblings, Colleen Stokes, Kathleen Hinkson, Thomas Purcell, Joseph Purcell, James Purcell, Christopher Purcell, and Kelly Purcell.
Loretta was preceded in death by: her parents; and brother, Timothy Purcell.
In accordance with Loretta's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
