Mrs. Lorraine E. Adams, age 90 of Pentwater, died Monday February 18, 2008 at Memorial Medical Center in Ludington, following a short illness. Lorraine was born March 12, 1917 in Weare Township to Joseph and Anna Lauber. She married Frank Adams, Sr. in July 1933 and he preceded her in death in November 1980. Lorraine's life was spent caring for her family, whom she loved each and every one. Lorraine is survived by four sons, Frank (Altha), Louie (Jessica), Emil, Ken (Kristy), all of Pentwater; four daughters, Elizabeth (Lawrence) Carrroll of Pentwater, Lorraine Blamer of Scottville, Mary (Jim) Gustafson of Scottville and Beverly (Allan) Smalley of Pentwater; two daughters in law, Mary Lou (Jesse) Adams of Hart and Mary (Bob) Adams of Pentwater; one sister, Mary Geetings of Muskegon; one sister in law, Judy Lauber of Pentwater; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; her cat Molly, whom she loved so much. Lorraine was preceded in death by three sons, John, Jesse and Bob; one daughter, Isobel; granddaughter, Debra Blamer and grandson, Troy Adams; two brothers, Jack and Joe; four sisters, Louise, Iva, Josephine and Margaret. The Funeral Service for Lorraine will be held Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. from the Tate-King Funeral Home with Fr. Anton Tran officiating. Interment will be in the North Weare Township Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Tate-King Funeral Home.
