Mrs. Lorraine Joyce Pulsipher, age 66, died Sunday, October 25, 2009. She was born in Troy Township, Newaygo County on December 14, 1942 to Frank and Victoria (Green) Beggs. Joyce married Wesley J. Pulsipher in Hart in July of 1959 and he preceded her in death in 1983. Joyce was a homemaker and mother. She loved the music of Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash and all country music. She loved watching the soaps on TV, working crossword puzzles and enjoyed her dog Duke. Joyce was known for being a good person that was always there to help anyone that needed it. She is survived by her children, Patty Kay (Jorge) Ramos of Hart and Wesley (Raquel) Pulsipher of Hart; grandchildren, Tamara Alltop, Marco Casiano, J. Cruz Ramos, Jose Ramos, Jasmine Ramos, Faustino Ramos, Leonel Ramos, Laurel Pulsipher, Garvey Rodriguez, Stacey Rodriguez, Jr. Rodriguez, Scott Rodriguez, Jonathan Vasquez; great grandchildren, Rolando Falgado, Ariana Garza, Ishiah Rodríguez; sister, Shirley Beggs of Hart; significant other, Hilario Partida of Hart; many nieces, nephews and friends. The Funeral Service for Mrs. Pulsipher will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. from the Tate-King Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Rickard officiating. Interment will be in the Mears Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
