Louise Frances Rainey, 80, of Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Mercy Health –Mercy Campus in Muskegon. She was born June 6, 1938 in Middleborough, Massachusetts, the daughter of Nye and Matite (Gaile) Estey.  She married James Albert Rainey, Jr. on December 8, 2001, and he preceded her in death on April 15, 2018.

Louise is survived by: her son, Ronald (Martha) Myrick of Mears; 7 step-children, James (Sandra) Rainey of Warwick, RI, Elizabeth (James) Clauson of Warwick, RI, Sharon Rainey of Cranston, RI, Christine Guertin of Warwick, RI, Sean Rainey of Warwick, RI, Wayne (Dawn) Rainey of Shelby, Heather (Darrin) Rainey of Lake Elsinore, CA; 23 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Norman (Sandra) Estey of Oxford, FL and Robert (Margaret) Estey.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband, James Albert Rainey Jr.; and her parents.
