Marene Antoinette Davis, age 43, went to God's Garden on Jan. 16, 2018. Marene was born Sept. 22, 1974 in Detroit, daughter of Robert I. and Mary A. (Day) Davis.

Marene graduated from Three Rivers High School in Three Rivers, Michigan in 1992 and moved to Ludington in 1995.

Marene landed her dream job with Summit Electronics Inc. in Hart, where she worked as a Production Planner Specialist.

Besides loving to spend time with her son and family, Marene loved the outdoors enjoying nature, the beach, Lake Michigan sunsets, and campfires.

Gardening was her passion. Other favorites were canning, ceramics, bowling with her mom, traveling, sports, music, decorating, volunteering, cooking — never afraid to try something new — and always willing to help others.

Marene is and always will be deeply missed by her son, Dominic D. Forseman (fiance Jaime Mousseau) and 2-month-old grandson, Grayson D. Forseman; her parents, Robert I. (Bob) and Mary A. Davis of Ludington; her brothers, Jonathan and Crystal Davis, Robert Davis II, Nicholas Davis and Nickole Petzak; her grandparents, Irene (Day) and Lawrence Kopitzke; nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; cousins; and many special friends, especially her latest and dearest friend, Ernest Ledoulx.
