Mrs. Margaret Ann VanLoon, age 95, of Ludington, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at Oakview Medical Care Facility in Ludington. She was born April 10, 1921, in Ludington to Joseph and Josephine (Rutowski) Szymanski. She was employed as a dietary worker in the kitchen at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital. Margaret lived a simple life and was content with the little things life would bring her way.

Margaret is survived by two grandsons: Daniel (Tammy) VanLoon of Ludington and Dennis (Candy) VanLoon of Ludington; Daughter in Law, Patsy VanLoon of Arkansas; Five great grandchildren; Six great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her Son, Kenneth VanLoon, two brothers, and three sisters.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. VanLoon will be Saturday, April 23, 2016, at 11:00 am at King Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Ludington. Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Pere Marquette Cemetery.
