Marian Marretta Fangboner, 87, of Milton Township, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022. She was born June 18, 1935, in Milton Township.

Marian was a proud homemaker most of her life. She was the wife of Jack Fangboner and mother of Gary Fangboner, and was a neighborhood fixture to the local kids. She and Jack used to love riding motorcycles, attending car shows, and riding a trike with their little dog, who was usually dressed up. She was a spirited woman who spoke her mind, pinched her pennies, and lived on her own terms.

Marian was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Fangboner; and her son, Gary Fangboner.

A time of receiving friends will take place from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Friday, June 17, 2022, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Elk Rapids Chapel, 312 Pine Street, Elk Rapids, Michigan 49629.
