Marianne K. (Jellby) Puisis, 79, of Whitehall Michigan, passed away peacefully on July 5th, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on April 30,1947 in Stockholm, Sweden, Marianne lived a life marked by kindness, laughter and love for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her grandsons and great granddaughters. Marianne found joy in gardening in her yard. She loved cooking amazing meals for her family, her Swedish meatballs were one of the family's favorite!

Marianne was a homemaker, and later in life enjoyed working at Weesies Bros. Greenhouse and Garden Center.

Marianne is lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Anthony D. Puisis, whom she married on September 10, 1966. Daughters Karin Jawor and Lisa Puisis. Grandsons, Eric McManus (Samantha Darwin), Evan McManus (Delaney), Ethan McManus, and Drew Coleman. Great granddaughters AnnaLysa, Audrina, Avery-Ana, River. Her brother Magnus (Ingegerd) Jellby of Skanor, Sweden.

Marianne was preceded in death by: her parents, Per O. Jellby and Inger Lindell Jellby; and her beloved grandson, Raymond Coleman Jr.

A celebration of life will be held in September.

Marianne will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love, laughter, and kindness she passed down to her family. Forever in our hearts.
