Marilyn Jean Anderson, 76, of Whitehall, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019. Marilyn was born on September 10, 1942, the daughter of Ralph and Olga Videtich.
Marilyn married Delbert Anderson on February 12, 1983. She worked at Howmet as an x-ray tech for nearly 40 years before her retirement in 2008. Marilyn was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She enjoyed trips to the casino, shopping, volunteering at Shoreline Elementary and spending time at her sisters doll store. One of the greatest joys in her life was being with her family. She was an outgoing, loving, helpful, caring, beautiful woman who will be deeply missed.
Marilyn is survived by: her husband, Delbert; children, Lynnette (Dan) Frost, Vicki Houts, Brant (Christy) Anderson and Kurt Anderson; grandchildren, Scott, Leisha, Jennifer (John), Dylan, Nicole and Kylie; great-grandchildren, Blake, Johnny and Oliver; brothers, Jack and Jim (Dede) Videtich; sisters, Connie (Doug) Smentkowski and Diane (George) Roest; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life open house will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 1-3pm at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service-White Lake Chapel 413 S. Mears Avenue.
