Obituary
Mrs. Marilyn Ruth Schumaker, age 84, of Hart, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016, at home. She was born October 27, 1931, in Hart to George and Olive (Schultz) Schneider. She was employed as a reporter at the Muskegon Chronicle. Marilyn graduated from Hart High School in 1950. She enjoyed bird watching and photographing nature. She loved her cats, Zuzzer and Tux.
Marilyn is survived by one daughter: Vicki Ames of Hart; one brother: Robert (Marilyn) Schneider of Colorado Springs, CO; She was preceded in death by her parents.
The Graveside Service for Mrs. Schumaker will be Monday, August 29, 2016, at 1:00 pm at Mears Cemetery. The family requests that any memorials be directed to Harbor Hospice, 1050 West Western Avenue Suite 400, Muskegon, MI 49441.
