Mark James Mandarano, 48, of Mears, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at his home.

Mark, or as everyone knew him, Markus; some even had the amazing opportunity to call him dad. He was the best dad, friend, and boyfriend. Mark accomplished many things but these are all things he did best.

Mark's life began in Hart, Michigan, on February 20, 1976, and he was the son of the late Donato Mandarano and Sharon Krantz. Mark's first devotion was his eldest daughter, Lauren Lewis, now 30 years old. Mark later met the love of his life, Angela Mull, spending over 20 years together and raising two amazing daughters, Eliana Mandarano, age 18, and Breeya Mandarano, age 15.

While not with his family, Mark was the maintenance manager at Dunes Waterfront Resort in Silver Lake.

On January 27, 2025, Mark made his sudden exit, but he left knowing that he was loved by Angela, his daughters, and his friends. Mark has left a beautiful mark on everyone's lives in some way, shape, or form. Those that knew him were aware of his kind, honest, and hardworking soul.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with a time of sharing to begin at 5:30 PM, Friday, January 31, 2025, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, 2370 North 72nd Avenue, Hart, MI 49420. Interment will be in Hart Cemetery.
