Mr. Mark A. VanDenHeuvel, age 45 of Hart, died Wednesday June 17, 2009. He was born in Hart on May 5, 1964 to Helidore and Katherine (Coon) VanDenHeuvel. Mark was a graduate of Hart High School with the Class of 1983. He was a heavy equipment operator in his former business, Vandy's Septic Service. Mark is survived by three children, Jessica, Bryce and Jake. He is also survived by his father, Helidore "Vandy" VanDenHeuvel of Hart; brother, Ted (Martie) VanDenHeuvel of Plano, TX; sisters, Julie (Steve) Lamb of Pentwater, Karin (Ken) DeVries of Grandville, Lynne Hoffman of Hart, Kris (Rick) Trygstad of Twin Lake; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine E. VanDenHeuvel in 2008. The Memorial Service for Mark will be held Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. from the Tate-King Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Rickard officiating. Interment will be in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Education Fund for Mark's children.
