On October 4, 1943 Michael Harry Anderson was the fourth of five children born to Walter Jerald Anderson and Florence Marie Lavin. He passed peacefully Tuesday morning 3 Feb 2026 with his loving wife of 12 years by his side. He now joins his siblings and parents in eternal rest.
Michael enlisted in the US Navy following high school graduation however health issues prevented him from making a career in military service. He then chose to make a career of repairing typewriters that extended well after the inception of the computer.
In addition to his wife Debbie, he is survived by children: Michelle, Maria, Timothy, Paul, Michael Jr, Mary Beth, Julie and Michael. He has been blessed with several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also leaves behind a favorite cousin, Ilene and her husband Fred, along with many nieces and nephews.
Family requests privacy as they navigate these tender moments. A private gathering will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in the family plot.
