Michael Wayne "Mikey" Spencer, 57, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021. He was born November 26, 1963, in Clearwater, Florida, the son of Charles and Elaine (nee Endfinger) Spencer.

Mikey enjoyed golf, Detroit Tigers Baseball, and loved being around people. In his younger days he was a software engineer, but his passion was cooking. Most of his life he was a line cook at several restaurants from Pentwater to Muskegon. He helped teach many young cooks starting out, was hard working, and very dedicated to his work.

Mikey is survived by: his children, Sarah (nee Tice) Hoefnagels, Ryan Spencer, and Katie (nee Tice) Coles. He was loved by many, and was a good friend and father.

Mikey will be greatly missed by many. Gone but never forgotten.

In accordance to his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
