Nancy Jean Helmer, 68, of Hart, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019, at her home. She was born September 9, 1950, in Hart, the daughter of Frank and Elsie (Pulsipher) Hovey.
Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
