Mrs. Nancy Patricia Keely, age 76, of Mears, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017, at her home.  She was born March 16, 1940, in Flint to Anthony and Aileen (Dollars) LaFay.  She was employed as a Nurse's Aide with the State Of Michigan in Lapeer, Michigan. Nancy married Lyle N. Keely on June 28, 1958 in Grand Blanc, Michigan and he preceded her in death on July 22, 2015.

The final chapter of the greatest love story never written was completed today. Nany P. Keely, age 76, of Silver Lake, gracefully joined the love of her life for the beginning of the rest of their lives together. Our beloved father was reunited with the love of his life. Together they will rest in peace. She will be missed without measure, by all who loved her.

Nancy is survived by two daughters: Mindy Keely of Mears and Catherine (Ron) Six of Montague, MI and two sons: Robert (Betsy) Keely of Chuckey, TN and Mark (Henni) Keely of Harbor Springs, MI; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister: Peggy (Harold) Haywood of Goodrich, MI;  sister in law, Jennie Piazza of Grand Blanc, MI.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

The service for Mrs. Keely has been held.
