Nickalaus "Nick" Lowell Treacy, 30, of Kingsley, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City with his parents by his side. Nick was born February 5, 1992, in Traverse City, the son of Dana and Kay (Goff) Treacy.

While his greatest passion was his three daughters, Nick also loved the outdoors, especially hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding. Family came first. He embraced his role as big brother, and he loved spending summers working with and for his grandfather on the family cherry farm.

Nick is survived by his daughters Rachel, Riley, and Rosalynn, and their mother Erica Steckbauer; parents Dana and Kay Treacy of Kingsley; sisters Alyssa, Abby and Allison; maternal grandfather Lowell Goff of Traverse City; paternal grandparents Susanne (Treacy) Lutz and Al Lutz of St. Joseph, Michigan; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Nick was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Carolyn Goff and his paternal grandfather David Willson.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 11, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Kingsley Chapel, with Pastor Colleen Wierman officiating. The family will receive friends and family from 10 a.m. until time of services.

The family has established a college fund for Nick's three daughters. Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be sent to Covell-Kingsley Funeral Home, attention Kay or Dana Treacy, at 200 N. Brownson Ave., Kingsley, MI  49649.
