Mr. Nicolas De Leon-Perez, age 47 of Shelby, died Wednesday, December 3, 2008. He was born on January 8, 1961 in Mexico to Raul and Lidia Perez DeLeon. He married Francisca Mireya Rodriguez. He was employed by Slocum Brothers Tree Farms. He is survived by his wife, Francisca Mireya of Shelby; 2 sons, Nicolas Grardo DeLeon and Jesus Armando DeLeon, both of Shelby; parents, Raul and Lidia DeLeon; brother, Raul DeLeon of Mexico; 3 sisters, Juana M. Ramirez DeLeon and Blanca Lidia Ambriz DeLeon, both of San Benito, TX and Susana DeLeon of Mexico. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. from the Pentecostal Church of God, 815 S. State St., Hart, with Pastor Jeremias Gaytan officiating. Interment in Mexico. Visitation will be Friday 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the church.
