Pamela Kay Poynter

Pamela Kay Poynter, 66, of Hart, passed away April 11, 2026, at the Oceana County Medical Care Facility. She was born February 20, 1960, the daughter of Hobart J. and Janet (Eisenlohr) Bickel. Pam lived most of her life in the Whitehall - Montague area. She worked 31 years at Master Tag in Montague and ended her career at Peterson Farms in Shelby.

Pam enjoyed fishing, camping, and traveling in her younger years. Her interest turned to coloring, word searches, bingo, music, being outdoors, and visits from cats and dogs in the last few years.

Pam is survived by: her father, Hobart Bickel (Linda); siblings, Anita Benninger (Nate), Hobart N. Bickel, Dalton Ray (Tina), Christi Delpozzo (Anthony), Glenn R. Ray (Sundeen), Wesley Ray, and Scott Bickel (Jessica); aunts, Diane Silvis (Frank), Carol Eisenlohr, and Harriet Harris; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pam was preceded in death by: her children, Danielle and Michael Poynter, and their father, George Poynter; her mother, Janet Eisenlohr; grandparents, Russel & Gladys Bickel and Maurice & Ruby Eisenlohr; and uncles, Lyman and Ellis Bickel, and Gerald and Charles Eisenlohr.

Memorial services will be conducted at 5:00 PM, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, 2370 North 72nd Avenue, Hart, MI 49420. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until time of services at the funeral home. There will be no graveside services.
