Philip Louis Simoncini, 66, of Whitehall, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021. He was born September 29, 1954, in Grand Rapids, the son of Louis and Wanda (Levandowski) Simoncini.

Phil was a graduate of Grand Valley State University. He was a Senior Chemist for over 20 years with Amway, and retired with many years of employment as a Methods Development Chemist with Perrigo.

Phil was an avid motorcyclist, and also enjoyed boating and going to the family condo on Marco Island, Florida.

On September 10, 2005, Phil married Anita (Hartley) Simoncini, and she survives him. He is also survived by: his mother, Wanda Simoncini; step-children, Jeffry Sowa and Jennifer (T.J.) Goodman; grandchildren, Alexa Goodman, Taylor Goodman, and Rylan Goodman; sister, Carol (J.R.) Rosendall; and niece, Amanda Rosendall.

Phil was preceded in death by: his father; and wife of 33 years, Jan Simoncini.

A celebration of life will be held in the summer.
