Mr. Ralph B. Moore, Jr, age 60, of Apache Junction, AZ, formerly of Hart, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015. He was born December 10, 1954, in Kalkaska, Michigan to Ralph and Kathleen Moore Sr. Ralph married the former Jeannette Dorington in New Zealand. He owned and operated Moore's Excavating and R&J Landscaping and Excavating. Ralph was a military veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.Ralph is survived by his wife, Jeannette (Dorington) Moore, four daughters, Tracey Stremus of Montague, MI, Kisha Moore of Montague, MI, Joyce (Jer) Degan of Montague, MI, and Heidi (George) Raap of Kent City, MI; one son, Ralph (Brooke) Moore of Hart, MI; two step-sons, Mark and Matthew; fourteen grandchildren; two sisters, Joan (David) Sanderson of Shelby, MI, and Sandra West of Muskegon, MI; one brother, Jeff (Tanya) Moore of New Era, MI; his parents, Ralph and Kathleen Moore, Sr. of Stony Lake, MI; also several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Phillip and Billy Moore. The Memorial Service for Ralph will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at King Funeral Home in Hart with Pastor Mark M. Looman officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the U.S. Marine Corps and the V.F.W. Post 1329 of Hart.
