Rebecca Sue McNinch, 54, of Beulah, died Sunday, August 20, 2023, at home with her husband by her side.  She was born December 17, 1968, in Detroit, the daughter of Edward and Eve (Robinson) Osga.

Rebecca worked as a Lab Manager at Harbor Optical in Traverse City.  In her spare time, she enjoyed drag racing, fishing, quilting, and mudbogging.  Rebecca was strong willed, determined, and tough.  She will be remembered as a loving mother, a fiercely loyal wife, and a reliable friend.

On October 6, 2007, Rebecca married Fred McNinch who survives her.  She is also survived by: her son, Orville (Kaitlynne) Ramey II of Benzie County; Fred's son, Alex McNinch of San Marcos, Texas; grandchildren, Sarina and Orville Ramey; father, brothers, Joe Osga of Fife Lake and Ron (Lisa Brink) Osga of Thompsonville; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Rebecca was preceded in death by: her mother, Eve Osga.

A service in honor of Rebecca will take place at 4:00 PM, Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 9700 Riley Road, Interlochen, Michigan  49643.  Food and refreshments will follow.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
