Richard Allen Eisenlohr passed away on November 29, 2018. He was 85 years old.

R ichard was born to Mattie & Verlin (Bud) Eisenlohr on October 27, 1933. He graduated from Hart High School in 1952 and served in the Air Force for four years. He married Betty Lou Brown on July 16, 1954. A devoted family man, avid golfer and hunter, traveler, and longtime Hart businessman, he lived well and enjoyed life. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends both in Oceana County and in Casa Grande, Arizona where he spent eighteen winters in his retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty Lou, his daughter Pam Moul of Shelby (and son-in-law Brad), his son David Eisenlohr of Hart (and beloved daughter-in law Beth), his brother and friend Robert (Pat) Eisenlohr of Bear Lake, and his sister-in-law who was like a daughter to him, Nancy (Edwin) Lukonic. Also surviving him are his four grandchildren, Kelly Eisenlohr-Moul of Atlanta GA, Tory Eisenlohr-Moul of Chicago IL, Crayton Eisenlohr of Los Angeles, CA and Rachel Eisenlohr of Los Angeles, CA as well as many beloved nieces and nephews with whom he spent countless happy hours swimming at their cottage on Lake Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his parents Verlin and Mattie Eisenlohr and his sisters Katie Grady and Priscilla Trommater.

In accordance with his wishes there will be no visitation or memorial service. Please honor his memory with a good round a golf, a shared story with great friends and family, or a memorial to the Hart Congregational United Church of Christ.
