Mr. Richard Wayne Lambrix, age 67, of Hart, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2011. He was born December 16, 1943, in Hart to Fredrick and Evelyn (Ervin) Lambrix. He was a self-employed truck driver. He graduated from Pentwater High School in the Class of 1961. Mr. Lambrix played guitar and sang and tinkered with auto mechanics.

Richard is survived by two daughters, Christina (Curt) Griffis of Mears and Tracy Lambrix of Hart; three sons, Joe (Stacy) Lambrix of Hart, Jeff (Sarah) Lambrix of Mears, and Michael (Jolene) Lambrix of Scottville; one sister, Linda (Pete) Atwater of Missouri; one brother, Donald Lambrix of Hart; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jimmy Lambrix.

Funeral services for Mr. Lambrix will be Monday, October 3, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. at King Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Foley officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at King Funeral Home. Interment will be in Hart Cemetery.
