Rickey Lee Shook Sr., 60, of Muskegon, passed away Friday, June 4, 2021. He was born August 7, 1960, in Muskegon, the son of Blaine and Lorraine (Jackson) Shook.

Rickey was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He also enjoyed stormy weather, science, and agriculture, such as growing plants and flowers. One of his favorite times was traveling out west with his mom and nephew where he was able to pan for gold. Rickey was also a diehard Pittsburg Steelers Fan.

Rickey is survived by: his mother, Lorraine Shook; children, Rickey Lee (Brandy Roth) Shook Jr., Jenna (Johnathon Calabrese) Shook, and Tony (Autumn) Hutchinson, and their mother, Lynda; four grandsons; sister, Lisa (Michael Sircher) Luce-Shook; brothers, Randy (Thressa) Shook and Ron (Rosie) Shook; and many nieces and nephews. Rickey was anxiously awaiting the birth of his first granddaughter in September.

Rickey was preceded in death by his father, Blaine James Shook.

In accordance with Rickey's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
