Robert L. "Bob" Cederquist Sr., 81, of Montague, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at his home. He was born June 26, 1940, in Muskegon, the son of Donald and Florence (Deymann) Cederquist.

Bob retired from Muskegon County Wastewater Management. He was an active communicant member of St. James Catholic Church in Montague.

In 1997, Robert married Denise Cassette, who survives him. He is also survived by: his children, Robert Jr. (Lynette) Cederquist, Dan (Tracy) Cederquist, Kimberly Bentley, Jan Cederquist, and Mike (Stacie) Cederquist; 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one on the way; brothers, Arland (Laura) Cederquist and Calvin "Hap" (Roberta) Cederquist; sister-in-law, Jill Cassette; brothers-in-law, Jerry Cassette and Jack (Megan) Cassette; and many nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Jean Cederquist.

A private graveside service will be held in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Montague, in the spring.
