Mr. Robert Steven Cumming, age 73, of Hart, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at Lakewoods Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Muskegon. He was born July 10, 1942, in Detroit to Horace "Al" and Janet (Lambrix Patterson) Cumming. He was employed in the manufacturing of sporting goods. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Viet Nam war.

Robert is survived by two daughters: Brenda Mitchell of Trinity, FL and Stephanie Cumming of Clinton Township, MI; three grandchildren, Alyah, Natalie, and Justin; two sisters: Midge Crampton of West Bloomfield, MI and Mary Cumming of Royal Oak, MI; sister in law, Karen Cumming of Mt. Clemens, MI; cousin, William (Janet) Hegg of Hart. He is also survived by many cousins and loving aunt, Margaret (Gordie) Beachum. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Janet Kovie and Ada Cumming; brother, Neil Cumming.

The Memorial Service for Mr. Cumming will be held Thursday May 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM, from the First Baptist Church in Hart with Pastor Mark M. Looman officiating.
