Robert B. Kilbourne, 91 of Traverse City, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022.

Bob was born in Grand Rapids on August 13, 1930, the son of Raymond and Dorothy (Hopkins) Kilbourne.

Bob moved to Traverse city at the age of 17.  Upon his graduation from high school, he enlisted the US Army and then returned to Northern Michigan once honorable discharged.

Bob married Rosemary Snyder on November 13, 1950 and together they raised three children.  He was employed at the State Hospital in Traverse City for 31 years.  He loved all the things Northern Michigan had to offer, especially hunting and fishing with his two sons, Terry & David.

He is survived by his 3 children: Juanita Gauthier, Robert "Terry" Kilbourne and David Kilbourne; 6 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

Military graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 21 ^st at 1PM at Oakwood Cemetery, Traverse City.

Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Michigan.
