Robert Lee Perkins, 66, of Montague, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025. He was born June 21, 1959, in Muskegon, the son of Homer Perkins and Peggy Humphrey.

After high school, Robert worked in the community doing construction work for his own company. His passion in life was preparing pig roasts for his family and friends and spending quality time together.

Robert is survived by: his son, Joseph Carmean; daughter, Danielle (Gregory) Smith; grandchildren, Emily (Chris) Saunders, Bailee (Jaydon) Anderson, Caleb (Lelaina) Spicklemire, Joesph Carmean, and Bentley Smith; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Jerry (Pattie) Humphrey.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Humphreys.

In accordance with Roberts wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life pig roast will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
