Robert "Bob" Spicklemire, age 74, of Whitehall, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016. He was born November 13, 1942 in Detroit to Todd & Lois. Bob served in the United States Air Force. He worked as a millwright and retired from CWC. In his free time Bob enjoyed tinkering in his garage and working on small engines. Bob's family says "he can fix anything". He was a very generous man and gave to many charitable organizations. Bob enjoyed fishing and woodworking. While Bob was driving or cruising the highway he wasn't listening to the radio, he could be found on his CB Radio under call sign "Silver Bird". He was a member of the American Legion Post 69 of Whitehall, and the White Lake Eagles Aerie #3214. Bob loved animals and his pets, but most important to him was spending time with his family.

Loving father of Terry (Charmen), Kerry (Jeff) Lohman, Mike (Diane), and Sarah (Jimmy) Holy. Dear grandfather of Rheanan (Jesus) Aguilar, Rhabecca, Kendra (Tim) VanAndel, Kaylee Lohman, Cassey Lohman, Jacob Lohman, Jackie, Traci, Hailee, Emily Holy, Bailee, Caleb, and Reagen. Great-grandfather of Finn Aguilar, Trysten, and Taylor. Dear brother of Tom.

Former husband of Janie. Preceded in death by his parents Todd & Lois and his siblings, Terry J. and Mary.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service (413 S. Mears Ave., Whitehall, MI 49461), with Pastor Tom Beeghly officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of services at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service.
