Robert "Bob" W. Hodge, 74, of Hesperia, passed away July 31, 2023. He was born April 16, 1949, the son of John and Mary (Diebold) Hodge.

Bob enjoyed spending his time outdoors, and loved to hunt, fish, and trap. Bob was also an avid supporter of the National Hot Rod Association and NASCAR, watching every race he could. He and his wife, Nancy, wintered in Florida, and he cherished each trip they made. Bob and Nancy were married for 20 years, and in those years, Bob spoke of himself as "fat, dumb, and happy".

Bob is survived by: his wife, Nancy; children, Rob (Jody) Ulmer, Teresa (Ken) Hayes, Rhonda (Curt) Webb, Howard (Tanya) Holcomb, and Rebecca (Terry) Boord; brother, John (Pat) Hodge; sister-in-law, Evelyn Newton; close family friends, Barb Frary and Curt (Toni) Bengtsson; 13 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Bob was preceded in death by: his parents, John and Mary (Diebold) Hodge; and close family friend, Pat Frary.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, August 19, 2023 at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Hesperia Chapel, 61 Hawley St. Hesperia, MI 49421.
