Roseann (Ro) Gregory, 94, of Arcadia, Michigan passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

She was born in Detroit, Michigan and was preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Gregory whom she married in June of 1953 when he returned from serving in the Army.

Ro attended the University of Michigan, graduating with a bachelor's degree.  She earned her Master of Education from the Wayne State University.   Ro's extensive teaching career included business classes in Detroit, Dearborn Heights, and Highland Park as well as local community colleges.  She was a longtime member of the PEO sisterhood and a founding member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church of Beulah. Ro was also involved in many other service organizations in the community and an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak.

Ro was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her friends in Arcadia at book club every Tuesday.  She also loved a good challenge with a puzzle and treasured the time she spent with those who visited and worked on them with her.

Ro is survived by her children, Beth Hoffmann and John Gregory (Susan); 3 grandchildren, Jennifer (Mark), Ben (Amy), Alex (Samantha); and 3 great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Lucas, and Eleanor.

The family and northern Michigan friends will celebrate her life on Saturday September 20, 2025 with a service at 2:00 pm at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Beulah, Michigan.  The family will receive visitors beginning at 1:00 pm.  Arrangements for a gathering with family and friends in the Royal Oak area will be shared at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak (music fund) or St. Andrews Presbyterian Church of Beulah.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
