Sandra Rose Stafford- Saunders, 62, of Montague, MI born on July 17, 1954 was called home by her heavenly father on July 8, 2017.  She was a loving, hardworking, devoted family woman.  Sandra  was a long time resident of New Jersey, where she spent most of her years and met her husband , George W. Saunders, who preceded her in death on February 22, 2008. She then returned to Michigan.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Tova Saunders (Ronnie), grandchildren Lisonna, Azaiah, Aramis, Step Grandchildren Davion and Hasani; her sister, Elizabeth Vreeland and her brother Randy Stafford (Selina), along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son Henry W. Stafford (2013), parents W.H. Stafford and Margie L. Crowell-Stafford, and her brother William H. Stafford.

Sandra was a private person and at her request there will be a private family internment at Oak Grove Cemetery in Montague.
