Scott Alan Pritchard, 57, of Interlochen, died Friday, November 19, 2021, at home.  He was born July 21, 1964, in Bay City, the son of Walter Pritchard and Patricia Klinger Pritchard.

Scott was a gifted carpenter.  There was nothing he couldn't build or fix.  He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed boating and a sports enthusiast who especially loved hockey.  Scott's great passion was music.  He was a talented guitarist and vocalist who was involved in the local music scene.

Scott is survived by: his mother, Patricia Pritchard of Grand Rapids; father, Walter Pritchard of Interlochen; brothers, Steven Pritchard of Madison, Wisconsin, and Jeff Pritchard of Grand Rapids; niece, Katherine Pritchard of Madison, Wisconsin; nephew, David Pritchard of Phoenix, Arizona; stepsiblings, Charla Nims of Rochester Hills and Vern Ashcraft of Interlochen; step-nephew, Troy Martin of Wayland; and many friends.

Scott was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be held at a later date.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Traverse City Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
