Shirley Ann Fogg, 57, of Montague, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018. Shirley was born on April 26, 1961, to Christian and Evelyn VanDenHeuvel.

Shirley married Dale Fogg on July 10, 1981. Together they enjoyed 37 years of marriage. Shirley worked at Wesco for many years. She enjoyed bonfires, camping, dirt races, and, most of all, being with her family. She was a fun, adventurous, loving, caring woman who will be deeply missed.

Shirley is survived by: her husband, Dale; children, Misty Fogg, Amber (Len) Smith, and Dale Fogg II; grandchildren, Melissa Sherrell, Alex Sherrell Laynce Smith, Madisyn Smith, and Brayson Smith; brothers, Lyle (Nancy), Tom and Gary VanDenHeuvel; sisters, Kris VanDenHeuvel and Elaine Northcott; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 22, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church, 5149 Dowling Street, Montague, with Fr. Peter Omogo officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
