Steven Lee Ostrander, 61, of Kingsley, died Saturday, January 25, 2025, at home after a short battle with cancer.  He was born August 9, 1963, in Lapeer, the son of Miles and Alice (Munson) Ostrander.

Steve was an avid outdoorsman.  He loved to camp, fish, boat, and spend time at hunting camp.  He loved to watch NASCAR and the Detroit Lions.  More than anything, Steve cherished time spend with his family, especially with his grandchildren.

On November 6, 1992, in Traverse City, Steve married Dawn Seitz who survives him.  He is also survived by: his children, Amanda Ostrander of Kingsley, Allison (Kenneth) Ostrander of Kingsley, Christina Ostrander, Scotty Ostrander, and Steven Lee Ostrander II; 12 grandchildren; and numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service with time of sharing will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Summit City Grange, 3060 Factory Street, Kingsley, Michigan  49649.  A luncheon will immediately follow.
