Mr. Terry L. Ross, Sr., age 67 of Hart, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015. Terry was born in Flint, Michigan on July 15, 1948 to Andrew and Eva (Keely) Ross. Mr. Ross was a skilled carpenter for over 20 years until his retirement in 1988. He proudly served his country during Viet Nam in The United States Marine Corps from 1966-1972. Terry was a member of the American Legion. His family remained very important to Terry, especially his grandchildren.

Terry is survived by one son, Terry (Traci) Ross, Jr of Hart; two daughters, Melanie Caldwell and Jennifer Phelps-Johnson, both of Flint, MI; three grandchildren, Meika (Brandon) Baron of Rothbury, McKenna Kaat and Blake Kaat, both of Hart; three great grandchildren, Mollie Craig, Logan Craig, and one expected anytime; three sisters, Andrea Ross-Stim of Sausalito, CA, Shari Hooper of TN and Lorna Smith-Thompson of Moss Point, MS. Terry is also survived by his canine companion, Iggy. He was preceded in death by his parents, uncle, Lyle Keely, stepfather, Walter Smith and brother in law, Robin Hooper.
