Thomas Alan Kull, 70, of Montague, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022, at his home. He was born February 16, 1952, in South Bend, Indiana, the son of Albert and Olga (Seacrest) Kull.
Tom was a U.S. Army veteran, where he served for 10 years as a sharpshooter and Army medic. He earned his nursing degree in Wisconsin and was an RN and ICU charge nurse at Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. Tom was a great outdoorsman enjoying hunting, camping and especially fishing; he was known for his famous salmon dip, and enjoyed traveling the world. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Tom is survived by: three daughters, Tiffany (Matthew) Strandberg, Jennifer Kull, and Jessica (Joshua) Shook; five grandchildren, Hunter Shook, Thomas Shook, Gracie Kull, Jonathon Strandberg and Alex Strandberg; two sisters, Linda (Dick) Sahlhoff and Patty (late Ray) McFeters. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Judy.
In accordance with Tom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service with military honors will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, 413 S. Mears Ave., Whitehall, MI 49431. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
