Thomas Edward Richmond, 62, of Muskegon, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022.  He was born August 9, 1959, in Lansing, the son of James Richmond and Janet Gallery.

Tom loved spending time with his family and friends, listening to and playing music, and spending time outdoors. Tom retired from Ford Motor Company after 32 years of service and was an active member of the UAW.

Tom will be lovingly remembered by: his wife, Laurie; daughter, Shanna (David) Havenstein; son, Thomas (Jeannette) Richmond II; step-mother, Joyce Richmond; sisters, Cathy Grammer and Ellen (Dale) Zimmerman; brothers, Nathan (Elin) Richmond and Jeremy (Tina) Richmond; and three grandchildren.

Tom was preceded in death by both of his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, White Lake Chapel, 413 South Mears Avenue, Whitehall, MI 49461. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, February 11, 2022, and Saturday, from noon until time of services at the funeral home.
