Thomas Michael Spasich, 71, of Kewadin, passed away Monday, February 21, 2022.  He was born April 8, 1950, the son of Louis T. and LaFonna (Juniper) Spasich.

Tom married Margaret Waszewski on April 10, 1971.  The couple left Michigan in 1983, moved to New Mexico for ten years, and then onto Las Vegas, where they remained until moving back to Kewadin, MI in 2016.  He enjoyed building radio controlled boats, planes, and robots, and participated in all the outdoor activities that the north had to offer.

Tom is survived by his wife, Margaret of 50 years; sons, William, Steven (Tish), and Joseph; sister, Carol Kananan; niece, LaFonna Kananan; nephew, Eric Kananan; great-nieces, Julia and Savannah; and great nephew, Kyle.

Services for Tom will be held at a later date.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, Covell-Elk Rapids Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
