Mrs. Victoria Lintz, age 89, died Saturday December 8, 2007. She was born August 26, 1918 in Omaha, NE to Polish Immigants, Anton and Mary (Wenc) Ostrenga. Mrs. Lintz met her husband Lee Lintz, Sr. in Austin, TX at a dance at the military base and was married on February 2, 1945. She was employed as an inspector at Flint Truck and Bus Division of General Motors and Fisher Body for 26 years, retiring in 1979. Mrs. Lintz was a 50 year plus member of the Davison VFW Post 4087 Ladies Auxiliary and had received her 50 year member pin. She is survived by her son, Wayne (Judy) Lintz of Pentwater; 2 grandchildren, Andy (Kathy) Lintz of Flushing, MI and Adam(Stacie Boggs) Lintz of Utica, MI; 2 great grandchildren Andie Lintz and Cameron Lintz; 2 sisters in law, Ardis Day of Attica, MI and Louise Hodge of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lee Lintz on April 8, 1985 and sister, Ann Goodman. The family would like to thank the staffs of Homewood Village of Flint, Hyde Park Memory Impaired, Tendercare of Ludington and Hospice of Michigan for their loving care. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Tate-King Funeral Home with Fr. Anton Tran officiating. Interment in the Hart Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Michigan.
