Virginia Sue "Jenni" Fischer, 70, of Hart, passed away early Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at her home. She was born June 7, 1954, in Holland, where she was raised, before moving to Oceana County.

Virginia loved to be outdoors, whether it was tending to her home, yard, or gardens. She could also be found out in the barn, enjoying a cocktail with her dog, Lacey, enjoying the weather. Virginia also enjoyed hunting and fishing in her younger years.

Virginia is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jack Fischer; son, Cory Fischer; grandchildren, Kenzie Fischer and Eliott Fischer; nephews, Tanner Schaap and Garrett Schaap; and brother, Rick Schaap.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Arla Schaap.

In accordance with Virginia's wishes, cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.

Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
