William "Billy" Craig Buchanan, II, 32, of Mears, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2019, in Free Soil Township. He was born August 26, 1986, in Valparaiso, Indiana, the son of William and Denita (McClaran) Buchanan.

Billy loved spending time with his son, Billy. He enjoyed riding four wheelers and dirt bikes, riding on the dunes with friends and family, and working on and painting cars.

Billy is survived by: his parents, William and Denita Buchanan; son, William "Billy" Craig Buchanan, III; sister, Bobbie (Sam) Goulden; nephews, Craig (Hannah) Buchanan and Cody Goulden; great-niece, Aria Buchanan; grandfather, Charles Buchanan of Arizona; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Billy was preceded in death by: his maternal grandmother, Jean McClaran; paternal grandmother, Betty Buchanan; and uncle, Robert "Bobby" Buchanan.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 PM, Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, 2370 N. 72 ^nd Ave., Hart. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until time of services at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Billy's son, William Craig Buchanan, III.
